At our brand, each garment is thoughtfully made to order, ensuring attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. As a result, our cancellation policy is designed to align with our production process.
Order Cancellation & Modification

Prepaid Orders (Online Payments):
Orders placed using prepaid payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or e-wallets cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once the order is successfully placed. This is because production is initiated immediately after payment confirmation. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Orders placed with Cash on Delivery are eligible for cancellation or modification only if the order has not been dispatched.
Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation or changes will not be permitted under any circumstances.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Requests received after dispatch or once production has started will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges & Impact on Cancellation

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

A shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all COD orders.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable in case of cancellation or refusal of delivery.
