Do we offer returns?
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy, we do not offer a return or refund, however we do offer easy exchanges in case of an inappropriate size, damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
Please note that we strictly do not offer style exchanges.
Please note that in case of customisations, a size exchange won't be applicable & we can only help with minor alterations.
To exchange a product purchased from Armoire
- Please write to us at hello@shopatarmoire.com or WhatsApp us on +918882184078 within 7 days of delivery.
- Please tell us the reason for your exchange and type of defect [if any].
- Kindly self-ship the goods to us in case of an exchange at our registered address. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.
- We will replace your product with an exact fresh one within 7 days of receiving the original product back.
Please keep the item in its original condition in manufacturer packaging for a successful return request. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing exchange.
What are the limits of exchange?
In case of an inappropriate size, damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, you can replace the product before it is used. This should be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For exchange more than once, return and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
How and when will I get my exchange?
We will initiate the exchange process once the returned item has been inspected by our team. The exchange item will be shipped to you within 7 days of receiving the original product back. In case the concern expressed by you is not legitimate we will ship the same product back to you.
